How to upgrade firmware?
1. Download the firmware file
2. Drag the firmware file into the lens folder
Ps: Do not interrupt the connection between the lens and the computer during the update process.
What should I do if the computer cannot recognize the lens?
1. Check whether the data cable has data transmission function;
2. Check if the lens cap is installed correctly and if there is any damage to the metal contacts of the lens cap;
3. Firmware updates are compatible with Windows and macOS. When updating firmware on macOS, USB-C to USB-C cables are not supported. Please use a USB-to-Type-C cable with a hub or adapter.
