M-Z 6bit adapter ring
I have been in touch with with ttartisan via email explaining the adapter does not work as expected. Been trying to get a return address now for a while so I can send it back for a refund. However it appears stall tactics are in play as they continue to ask me to try this and that with no assistance for refund or return.
Regardless, at least they are not ignoring me.
In a nutshell she'll, confirmation box does not turn green. The camera, ZF shuts down randomly with adapter attached. I won't put it on anymore fearing some sort of damage.
I will provide a full review on www.nikonimages.com since it does not appear I will get to return the adapter.
So , that's it for now.
The adapter doesn't cover full frame lens!!! I tried Minolta 58mm 1.2 and corners are black!
Works as it should
This is a great way to incorporate Leica lenses on the Nikon Zf. The focus confirmation works flawlessly, and accurately. The only thing I found was that for a 35mm, the adapter only goes to F5, but it doesn't effect the shooting.
The one feature I would love, if there was new version, would be manual close focusing, that would make this a great adapter. Most of the Leica lenses don't focus that close, so that addition would make this the best Leica to Z adapter, I don't think I've seen that with other brands.
