Needed a hood, got a hood

I bought an M mount 28/5.6 second hand but the seller did not have the original hood. Was able to get a replacement hood quickly and easily. Much appreciated.

I needed a replacement lens cover for my TTArtisan lens so I reached out to customer service via the website chat and received a quick response and shipment all the way to Finland! The customer service rep even checked in on me when it arrived to make sure I was notified it was ready for pick up at the post office.

I purchased the TTArtisan Trio Lens set. The package was broken into and items stolen after it was shipped via USPS. TTArtisan worked with me after I reported it.
